Richard Heller. Son of US Secretary Of Defense James Heller. His mother is dead, and he ha an older sister, Audrey Raines. He's not too close to his family. Actually kind of estranged. Especially now...

Richard is very self absorbed. He's always looking out for number one. Doesn't much care about anyone else. He'd rather suffer hours of torture at CTU than admit he's gay. Which, if you think about it, is a contradition. because the fact he wants to keep that secret shows he's worried what other peopl (ie DAD) think of him.

Richard is, typical of young men who fancy themselves a renegade, somewhat unkempt. He doesn't wash his hair or his clothes on any kind of schedule, basically whenever the mood strikes him. His favorite pair of jeans could probably get up and walk away on their own...

Richard will be dropped into the bar in the middle of his first sensory deprevation torture session during Day 4 of 24. What fun!
